<< First things first: this email newsletter has a new look! More on that below. >>
Hi friends,
How are you? How is this crazy, beautiful world treating you? How are you treating this crazy, beautiful world? Are you riding things out okay?
I recently had the opportunity (or rather, saw an opportunity and made a leap) to attend a writing retreat in Cornwall, England. It was incredible in many way — the new friendships made, the possibilities I was exposed to, the landscape, the insights about book publishing — but the aspect I'd like to focus on here is the space.
The space it gave me to let things bubble up and and be developed.
My life doesn't have a lot of space, at least not in this phase. And that's fine — it's from my own choices. I chose to have this many kids. I chose to be born in a time of fullness and transitions on a collective level. In the space I created at the retreat (and traveling to and from it), I was able to find a lot of clarity around my intuition business and make a lot of progress on my book.
But more importantly, it gave me time to sit with my "why." Why am I so obsessed with this concept of intuition? Why am I going on about it for so many years? Why am I writing this book and putting out new classes, when it can be such a struggle sometimes?
I got answers in the space.
I hope you find space, too. Actually, let me rephrase that. You won't "find" space. You make space. I hope you make space — even a little like, like a silent car ride's worth — so the things that want to bubble up and be explored can have that chance.

News!
My intuition and breathwork business have a new home. Introducing …
More to come on this, but here are the headlines:
I've got a beautiful new website (intuitionforbreakfast.com). Please check it out and tell me what you think.
I also created a new Instagram handle, @intuitionforbreakfast, with literally only one follower as I write this post (thanks, Su!). I'm going to use this account for all of my intuition content and leave @jorli for more personal stuff and art.
I'm offering a weekly virtual breathwork and intuition dev class (nearly) every Friday starting February 23rd. The time will move around each week to accommodate different time zones — as will the playlist and theme.
Thank you so much for making it to the bottom, if you've read this far.
Love,
Jorli
P.S. I've starting taking on some website design clients again, mostly artists and writers. If you are interested or know someone who might be, reply to this message and I'll send you more details and samples of work.
I love this substack. Everything about it, including breakfast. My intuition tells me this is a great new start.
